The Croft Hotel - Darlington

Set within a small boutique hotel on the outskirts of Darlington, this restaurant certainly breaks all the rules one would expect from a hotel restaurant. But, this is no ordinary restaurant! Think chic, exotic, luxury and you might visualise a snippit of what Raffles is all about. The inspiration for the restaurant stems from the world famous Raffles in Singapore. Proprietor Malcolm McKee was so taken back, when he visited the famous landmark a few years ago, he made a promise to himself that he would create something as equally breathtaking, many would say he actually has!
