This delightful 16C Restaurant with Rooms was originally a Salt House used by the Benedictine Monks who traded Salt at Exeter Cathedral. Set in the unspoilt natural beauty of Devon this area has lots of hidden secrets. The sea is 2 miles away, down the famous "Byes", at the regency town of Sidmouth set on the magnificent Heritage Coastline.
