We're just back from an amazing weekend and couldn't have asked for a better hotel. Location is perfect and so central. The hotel is immaculate and rooms are lovely. However the best part of the hotel is the fabulous staff! They can't do enough for you and are so knowledgable. Mike in particular was spectacular. We got engaged in London this weekend so will be a weekend we won't forget.
Just home from a great trip to London. The Trafalgar is a fantastic hotel there is nothing I could complain about great location, very friendly and helpful staff, fab rooms. Very central for all your city break needs whether it be shopping, site seeing or a trip to the theatre. I will definitely be back again.
This hotel is fantastic. Of course the location can't be beat but the staff is it's biggest asset. We arrived late UK time and after being assured the cab accepted credit cards. The cab driver's phone app wasn't working and we had NO British pounds (my bank thought my attempt to withdraw from an atm at Heathrow was fraud). The front desk came to our rescue with a cash advance to cover the fare (no fee!). The next morning we arrived at breakfast 15 min after closing and the manager managed to put together a couple of plates of fruit, pastries, cheese and yogurt! ! I will stay here anytime I'm in London! !
Amazing hotel, right at the corner of the Trafalgar Square, 10m from an underground station and near several points of interest, like the Churchill War Rooms, the Royal Cavalry Museum, the Big Ben, Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey and more. Staff is friendly, caring and very efficient. Rooms are cozy and very quiet, and the breakfast is great nice.
We had a great stay at the trafalgar. Our room was clean and more spacious than I expected. Staff was extremely helpful with directions. We also had added to our initial stay and would need to change rooms. Staff arranged so that we had the same room for our stay, Ibby was great as concierge . Staff recognized my daughter and myself , asked about our day and knew us at breakfast every morning. I can't wait to come back. Great location for touring the city as well.:)
