Bedrooms

Our 23 bedrooms all have en suite facilties with either showers or baths (or both) and the hotel has been extensively modernised. We have single, double and family rooms, and some top floor rooms have distant sea views at no extra charge. We do not have a lift and are unable to install one due to the fabric of the building and being grade 2 listed.

Food & Drink

The Restaurant at the Bell Rock Hotel - open to non-residents for two or three course dinner. We use local produce whenever possible - free range Scillonian eggs, Cornish sausages, locally caught Cornish fish, Cornish cheeses etc. Dinner is served between 6pm - 8pm. An early dinner enables you to watch (or follow on the spectator boats) the gig racing (in season) and also enjoy local talks, slide shows, plays etc as advertised.

Swimming Pool

One of the features that sets us apart from many other hotels on the islands is our superb indoor swimming pool, open daily from 8am to 6pm. The sea surrounding Scilly is stunningly beautiful and strikingly clear, but it can be cool at times. Perfect for a paddle or a bracing dip, but if you want a leisurely swim in warmer water, our pool is the ideal solution.

Families

The Bell Rock Hotel is a perfect destination for families looking for a relaxed, friendly place to stay, but with all the luxuries of a two star hotel. We are happy to accommodate children over the age of six. We have one family quad room, which can have the main bed made up as a super-king double, or twin beds.
