We turned up at the hotel at around 9pm. The lady on reception was fantastic. She sorted us a room, upgraded us, showed us to the room and basically couldn't do enough for us. The room was spotless and spacious with even a little carry box with things you need for the spa all packaged up. The bar staff again couldn't do enough for us, making me alcohol free cocktails, table service was excellent.
Breakfast is a buffet style breakfast, food for every taste and so fresh. Again the staff are so helpful and Informed me that if I wanted any particular coffee they could arrange this. Hotel is great for couples, very clean and welcoming. would highly recommend. At 8 months pregnant I felt really looked after and couldn't have asked for more. Will definitely be returning.

We had a fantastic stay here- the facilities are amazing. It has to be seen to be believed. The spa is lovely- kids have to be out by 7ish so you can fully relax after that time. The restaurant is very tasty- great selection of food. Hot tub rooms are also available and also a penthouse suite. Will definitely return

Well worth the money, staff were very friendly. We were greeted by Andy upon arrival who made us feel very special, giving us a tour of the hotel and showing us to our room. We had booked a room with a jacuzzi on the balcony. Room was lovely, very clean and spacious. We ate in the hotel restaurant the first night and the food was perfect. We also booked some spa treatments which we really enjoyed and the staff were excellent.
Breakfast was a buffet style with lots of options. We asked for a flat white both mornings which wasn't an option on the buffet and it was no problem. Great location in Windermere, a 5 minute walk to the marina and town centre with lots of restaurants, bars and shops. I booked the trip as a birthday treat for my partner, the hotel had left a birthday message in the room which was a nice touch. The warm cookies on arrival also added to the many special things they did. Thank you to all the staff at the hotel for making our stay so enjoyable

Simply the best. We had the happiest, most comfortable and enjoyable stay at Lakes Hotel and Spa. Literally everything was brilliant. For families room 114 is AMAZING. The thing that made our stay extra special was the calibre of the staff who were all, without fail, so delightful and struck the perfect balance between being attentive but not over the top. The hotel is beautifully designed and in a fantastic location- the view from the terrace is magical.
The atmosphere at the hotel is incredibly relaxing. Facilities are also great- the pool/spa is superb. Thanks in particular to new recruit Oualid who went out of his way to make sure that we had a lovely, memorable last evening. We hope to be back very soon.

What an amazing stay we had here! We arrived to a very warm welcome. We were shown around the hotel by a lovely lady who got us a nice glass of fizz each on arrival on our look around the bar. We were shown to our room and got help with our bags. The room had amazing views and was just stunning in every way! The staff were all incredibly helpful and nothing was to much work or hassle for us. The Jacuzzi in our room was clean and clear. Thanks for an amazing time!

Would give this place a higher rating if I could. A wonderful experience from start to finish, with friendly staff who just want to help you. The room with hot tub was cozy, clean and just amazing (loved the celebration package!) but the hotel amenities such as the pool, restaurant and bar were outstanding too. The breakfast buffet had so many options and did not disappoint. Lake Windermere is just a short walk away, and would recommend hiring bikes to fully enjoy the adventure. Thanks for helping to make my partner's birthday celebration the best!
