Originally a Coaching Inn, the Cairnbaan Hotel was built in the latter part of the 18th Century during the construction of the Crinan Canal.

It was built around 1815 as a coaching inn to serve canal users and continues to provide charming accommodation, refreshments and amazing food to travellers and locals alike.

We are offering a different food promotion each weekend in January. Dust off your tux and feather boa for a cocktail or 3 and relax to some live piano music from James Urquhart. Weekly quizes, teams of 4-6, 5 entry per team. Each week the winning team gets their (5) stake back, the rest going into the "pot".
