Didn't stay at hotel. Seems to be used as a hostel now for migrants. Lots of people taking pictures of boats like mine mooring on the public area. Some signs of drug use and lots of alcohol use.

I visited once. My friends took me there. Their dining hall is spacious with nice view. Their food is typical English food.

Best Hotel I have seen in United Kingdom. The Rooms were clean, very comfortable and staff is amazing. It has wonderful Riverside view from windows, lot of Greenery, It has Big Meeting Rooms, fantastic lounge Area and Dining Area. It's perfect hotel for Wedding, Party any kind of celebration.

Why was it poor The place has been going through refurb for 2 years! The restaurant isn't even done yet, we were told 4 months, surely with 3 lockdowns you'd get it done, the rooms are disgusting, the mould in the rooms horrible. The food even worse and the manager/owner, how he has a hotel I do not know! Lost best western for being the worst in the franchise history! Receptionists rude and the staff drinking on shift is a recipe for disaster! Shop brought pizzas for 2 sold a lot more! Never returning! Maybe the refurb will be finished by 2034

Seriously run down and no longer the glamour's spot for a wedding or mooring a boat for the weekend. The place looks closed with all the whitewash on the windows and draw curtains in all the rooms. The once pristine car park is 3/4 over grown
