Luxury Hotel Rooms

Our 98 individually designed bedrooms combine historic charm with modern comforts. Each room features complimentary WiFi, tea and coffee making facilities, and luxury amenities. The Liddell Suite offers a real flame fire and dual vanity sinks, while Mansion House Suites provide private terraces with garden views. All accommodations maintain the architectural integrity of our Victorian estate while meeting contemporary luxury standards.

Eden Spa Facilities

Our dual-level spa features hydrotherapy pools, steam rooms, and four treatment rooms. The Mindful Retreat package combines wet spa access with massage and facials. Open daily from 10am-8pm, the facility includes a private terrace with relaxation beds. The Barn Spa offers Bramley product treatments in five bespoke rooms, including child-friendly options and couples' therapies.

Wedding Venues

We offer 14 event spaces for weddings, including the Bridgeman Suite accommodating 180 guests. Our dedicated coordinators provide supplier lists and creative ideas. The Rookwood Room suits intimate ceremonies for two, while the West Wing provides outdoor ceremony options. Packages include floral arrangements, AV equipment, and seasonal menus using kitchen garden produce.

Corporate Events

Fourteen function rooms host up to 200 delegates with modern AV equipment and executive boardroom options. The Bridgeman Selwin Suite features an 86-inch interactive screen. Team-building activities include laser clays and Segway challenges. Delegate rates include signature buffets and customisable menus for conferences, product launches, and exhibitions.

Afternoon Tea

Served in the Lounge or outdoor terrace, our traditional English afternoon tea features finger sandwiches, scones with clotted cream, and patisseries. Seasonal variations include Christmas jazz afternoon tea and festive themed options. The Garden Room restaurant offers modern English cuisine using ingredients from our two-acre kitchen garden, holding an AA Two Rosette award.

Beautiful location and Manor house. Service and staff absolutely amazing and friendly. However there are a few things that need improvement such as the reinforcement bar holding up the chain around the pond and I've had a lot better food but I wouldn't say the food was bad. To put it another way, the food wasn't good value for money. But then I guess if you're there for the location then it's reasonable. I probably wouldn't eat there again at 70 quid per head. Overall a nice experience. And many thanks to the wonderful staff.

First time going and to say the least the grounds themselves were spectacular! But besides this we went for afternoon tea which was wonderful. I had the veggie one which was lovely. They had really nice sandwich fillings which made a change to other places I had been. Overall I'd definitely go back again! Perfect food and perfect atmosphere, what else could you ask for?!

The estate itself is stunning and the staff very generally helpful. However for 300 per night I expected nicer and cleaner room, the bathtub was dirty when we got there and the bathroom could use a bit of renovation. Also, you can hear everything from the other rooms, hence, our neighbours kept us up till 4 am! Moreover, I had an unexpected surgery that didn't allow me to enjoy the spa I booked, when I informed the them about it, they didn't care and they charged me for the spa access anyway.

Last but not the least, I have been charged initially 390 at my arrival although the room was 295 and when I left, they charged me again for my actual bill, 374. After 4 days still no signs of the money back on my account due to double transaction.

The Spa is amazing. The massage staff were fantastic and the staff throughout the hotel were lovely and eager to make our time there enjoyable. The outside area is lovely, with soft furnishings available, areas both in the sun and the shade available. Whilst we were there there was a wedding on and the Bride and her party looked very happy. We had dinner in the restaurant and the food was very good.

The coffee was lovely and management made an effort to make a fuss of my mother in law (it was her birthday). Afternoon tea looked marvellous but unfortunately you would have to book in advance but I wish we had! The bathrooms were clean and well appointed- though initially difficult to locate! Dog friendly and whilst attempts have been put in to make the hotel accessible with some ramps, there are quite a lot of steps on hardfloors to be aware of.
