ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING ATTITUDE FROM THE OWNER OF THIS HOTEL AND STAFF. NO HOT WATER. SPIDERS IN BEDROOMS WHEN I HAVE A SMALL BABY. DUST AND MOULD EVERYWHERE. STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS HORRIFIC PLACE

Lovely hotel. Great lake view and fields/woodland view from our room(part of the reason we chose it). Staff friendly and breakfasts to a good standard. Room was clean and was only really used as a place to sleep so spot on for us. Waking up to the sound of birds and sheep is ideal. Probably best to ignore the sat navs instructions to enter via the side of the drive as it is tiny and tight! Go to the main road entrance and it's far easier. Nice and peaceful surroundings which are great for walking and it's not to far to the nearest main town either. Happily go back
