Lovely hotel with added bonus of a gym and indoor pool. Short 20 min walk from the beach. Service was good and welcoming with ample parking.

3rd year staying here and 5 star for Annabelle alone. Although dated, the rooms are more than adequate. Comfortable, clean and literally less than 10 min walk from the beach. Frre parking, gym, pool and sauna.

Lovely hotel, lovely staff, the potion size of the food is more than enough and a good choice of food also. The rooms are clean and tidy some with a ceiling fan as the radiators are constantly on and the rooms do get very warm.

This hotel came to my daughters rescue when she was locked out of home late at night (very late). They were so friendly and helpful to her and I will be eternally grateful. She said the room was clean and comfy and couldn't sing the praises of the staff that helped her enough. Fantastic.

A very happy stay and good value for the amount we paid. Lovely food and room was bigger than expected with a little fridge which was a bonus as is the gym and swimming pool. Staff very friendly and helpful. In need of a little uplift in places but didn't affect our stay and the staff more than make up for this. Will come back again. Value for what we paid for Bournemouth.

There's a diamond in this rough. All the staff are amazing. Friendly, helpful and make it a pleasant stay. But they are let down by their surroundings. It's clean in the rooms. But very dated and threadbare. Lovely clean sheets and towels. Slept fine. But felt uncomfortable with the standard of furniture in the room. A helpful fridge and an old fashioned tea tray. Great buffet breakfast. It's a bygone age of hotels. Keep the service update the rooms.
