Lovely room very comfortable beds. Good Thai restaurant. Very nice staff. Nice location for Newcastle area. Good bus service. Would have liked grab bar in bath other than that you will not be disappointed

Been going hear since it first opened, never had a bad meal, always hot a very tasty. Staff friendly. Rooms spotless and comfortable beds. Stated at the Highfield many many times, even though we live 6 miles away. It's just so nice to chill out.

Fantastic hotel. A brilliant family room with its own kitchen and microwave oven with a lovley view across sunderland with a lovley Thai restaurant and its only 10.50 for 2 course meal and what a little gem of a place this is and I will be returning in future. Well recommended.
