The Victorian building houses standard and premium rooms across two floors, with limited ground-floor availability for accessibility needs.
Italian Restaurant
L'Anatra Italian Kitchen offers authentic Italian cuisine daily, serving lunch from 11:30am-3:30pm and dinner from 5:00pm-8:30pm. The menu features stone-baked pizzas, fresh pasta, seasonal specials, and a dedicated dog-friendly dining area. Reservations recommended for weekend visits.

Start your day with a traditional English breakfast cooked to order, complemented by a buffet of cereals, fruits, and pastries. Served in our light-filled Garden Room between 8:00am and 9:45am daily, with special dietary requirements accommodated upon request.

Spotlessly clean hotel and super friendly. Location is perfect as it's right in the heart of this beautiful town. Some people may find the rooms are small but for us it was just fine. Had everything we needed. Good breakfast and if you visit you really must try the in house Italian restaurant as it is just fabulous. Booking is essential. We will definitely be back

Stayed in Room 29, was lovely, however a new duvet would not go amiss as it was see through in places, the stuffing was all lumpy. Advise to get there early if you want to park the car onsite as limited parking. Staff lovely and helpful, breakfast was generous and yummee.

Lovely hotel, very friendly, hardworking staff. The Italian restaurant on site was superb. Very generous portions and essential to book. We were in room 20, set up as a twin, not massive but ample. Lovely bathroom. Pillows for me were a little lumpy but otherwise very comfortable. Would definitely recommend

We go each year for Cheltenham races, The most lovliest people work here, can't do Enough for you, Food is fantastic. very clean rooms, And comfortable, Would definitely recommend this hotel.
