Loved the stylish and relaxing atmosphere of our room and the whole place. Thermal Journey was so good and had weather good enough to sit outside with a drink whilst we were on it. Definitely recommend and would love to visit again.

Beautiful location, excellent staff, service, food and rooms. I absolutely loved staying here for a 2 day conference. Would highly recommend and I intend on returning at a later date for a long weekend. Also the staff were so lovely in making me a gluten free sandwich to take on my travels back home.

The food is outstanding and the staff in the restaurant are lovely! The location is amazing although the road noise is a shame as it runs right in front. Whatever you do avoid room 20! It's right above the bar and they allow the bar to open until 4 and 5am mid week and I got no sleep at all when that happened as the noise comes straight through the floor and precious little sympathy from the manager on reception.

I was a beautiful place to stay you can clearly see the renovations were on point and spa was absolutely extraordinary. I was expensive and did require a lot of advance booking. They gave my parents a disabled room for the Hazel suite which they hated with no bathtub. I would have good for an upgrade for them but they downgraded the room. Our Room was great exactly how I expected. I still wish room service had a better menu since the restaurant was full.

The hotel is OK and pool OK. But have to pay extra to go in outside pool? The food is abysmal. The main hotel has no real food aside from a coffee shop with muffins and a bar menu with about 5 or 6 things on like bread and chicken mayo.? The W restaurant, which is their main restaurant, is quite awful. Dry fish, potatoes dry. Veg overcooked. Over-all. Completely overprice and poor.
