Very well situated in Falmouth, breakfast was filling, but sadly not such a great view from our room (we booked a double, got room 3), you cant always get good views. Staff were great, helped when we had a hiccup in the morning with a leak.

Stayed in this wonderful B&B down in Falmouth a few days back. The Lerryn was a 5 out of 5 for location, for hospitality, beautiful rooms and I will 100% be joining them on my next trip down. Lovely views, less than 10 minutes walk to the train station, less than 15 minutes walk to the Quay and surrounding restaurants/bars. Plus, the team are super accommodating. They also operate a self-service 'honesty bar' where you just make sure to write down what you owe. Lovely stuff x

Lovely place, lovely staff, only tiny tiny moan was the size of the room. I was in a deluxe double. I think the bed was a little too large for the size of the room and the toilet was so close to the shower cubicle that you had to sit side saddle. The parking area was limited but you can park around without much trouble. Not sure what that will be like in peak season. Also I was in a van with tools and equipment in the back. Street parking day after day is asking for someone to rob your gear. Other than that the hotel was absolutely perfect.
