Exceeded our expectations. Recently refurbished. Simple, modern furniture in a small but comfortable room with excellent new en suite facilities. Great continental breakfast. Great welcome in a truly independent hotel. Great location for Central London. And a great price. Would definitely recommend!

Nice and clean rooms. Unfortunately not soundproof at all. The breakfast was ok. Kind staff. The location is pretty good with nearby transportation.

Mega location for a very fair price. Standard room is totally adequate and comfortable. The staff are very friendly. The only thing that bothers me is that the bathroom is too small.

Staff were friendly at the accommodation was clean but very basic. I stayed on the 4th four which involved a number of tight staircases and doors to navigate which is extremely difficult and unsafe while dragging heavy luggage. I almost fell down the stairs while trying to open a door at the top of the stairs on a bend with my luggage. Could hear a door banging through the night as people come in and out of the corridor. Rooms not sound proofed. No facilities to make tea or coffee in the room. Very basic. Probably wouldn't stay again but it's okay for one or two nights.
