As an old and historic Coaching Inn dating back to the 1790's, Manor Hotel is charmingly different from any modern build hotel. For one thing, although we have a room type called Standard, there is no such thing as a standard room at the Manor. Every room is unique in size and shape. Due to the location on The Beacon there are steps in a few of the front facing rooms, on the first floor.

Manor Hotel Exmouth no longer accepts coach tours but welcomes private groups of all shapes and sizes as we are experienced in all aspects of having groups of visitors for over 300 years! Our convenient location close to Exmouth's train station and coach parking means groups can venture out with ease.

We are incredibly lucky to be situated on The Beacon overlooking Exmouth shore and beyond. Close to the town centre - 6 minutes walking from Exmouth train station, bus station as well as the incredible beach and the start of the world heritage Jurassic Coast. Parking in Exmouth, as in most busy town centres but more importantly a sea side town can be a challenge.
