Had dinner in here a couple of times over our visit- they have a quiz and music bingo - we attended both - brilliant nights out, full of fun and laughter - food was also great.

5 night stay, perfect, clean, simple twin bedroom. The bathroom had clearly been newly renovated, it looked fantastic very modern. The bedroom was a great size for the 2 of us with two single beds. Room came with complimentary teas, coffee and hot chocolate with biscuits from Arran. The room also had a smart TV with lots of channels, including Netflix and All4. Internet access throughout the hotel, room and bar.
Food portions still huge but super tasty and well worth the money! Staff are all lovely and a credit to Arran and the Ormidale Hotel. The bar is busy every night so you can tell it is a very well liked hotel in Arran. Overall 5 star rating from us for the Ormidale Hotel. Couldn't fault a single aspect of it all! Totally recommend!

Can't say much about the rooms because I just went there to eat something. Very good food though and not expensive either. Friendly (and beautiful) girl who served me.

We had dinner here and the place was lovely. Very friendly staff and the food was delicious. The menus are old records which is cool. Plenty of choice and live music on when we visited on a Sunday. Highly recommended. and the steak and ale pie is just amazing.

Spent three nights here recently. Was made to feel very welcome as soon as we walked in. Bar staff were absolutely fantastic. Food was excellent - we are there every night and breakfast was really good too - nice variety. The room was really warm and comfy and even when it was busy in the bar downstairs, we never heard anything. The family who own the hotel are also really friendly. Can't wait to come back!
