Good hotel, we stayed in a room with a private bathroom, very good breakfast, staff friendly and accommodating, convenient location, picture is view from the hotel room

Booked here the day before we travelled the room was comfy everything we needed for 2 nights staff friendly we paid for breakfast but it was well worth it location really good close to everything and we managed to park car on site too would recommend for great stay

Large room with a great view. Breakfast excellent, eggs were so fresh far superior to supermarket ones. Gluten free toast and decaf tea available! Can be a little noisy in the night when other guests bang doors. Very convenient location, 5 minutes easy walk from the station and 2 minutes up the road for the coast hopper bus. Few minutes walk into town, so not necessary to have the car.

Front of house older lady with glasses was so rude to us it was unreal. Was told she couldnt wat for us to go, even though we had been in the hotel for 20 mins. Would never recommed the hotel to anyone, such a shame

Attended a business Networking meeting this morning @ The Sandcliff Guest House. So friendly. Excellent breakfast service from the staff. Coffee and food of really good standard. Views were a great welcome

We booked for a twin room and they upgraded us to a spaciois family room. Lovely view, great breakfast and clean. Close to amenities, sea views and friendly staff.
