Hi We Just had a week at the Strand Brilliant Brain and Mary brilliant host and the staff cannot do enough for you we had a great time hotel spotless food delicious and the entertainment great. You are made so welcome thank you for a great time. It is well worth trying it out- Mr & Mrs Fox

Here for the weekend, hotel beautiful. Only just been refurbished this year, food good as always. Entertainment good. Sunshine today off to Fleetwood market.

Only had 2 nights but wish it was a week. Great hotel nice rooms, good breakfast and the entertainment with Jason And Shirley was great. All the guests got involved which was fabulous entertainment. I will be going again for sure

Terrible hotel. Someone in our family asked for a jug with ice and all the older bar manager did was moan about it, think his name is BRIAN. Dinner menu was not good with only 2 options to choose from and didn't tell us about kids meals choices until we asked on the Sunday. The waiter with the blonde hair on Sundays breakfast was huffing and puffing and getting orders wrong. Rolling her eyes every time she came to the table.
Didn't want to give out ice or water. This hotel should not be advertised for families and on travel agents company's if they don't like it or like some noise. More for old people which is clearly shown in their customer service. Would not recommend. The housekeeping lady with the spikey hair was the only respectful person in the hotel and would help with anything.
