Where do I start! If you want to shower on a bath mat that is meant to be white but is so filthy it's grey and has live fleas jumping (I have a video of the fleas) on it and the whole shower room smells of actual poop then this is the place for you! The hotel looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months (reception reckoned they hadn't had a cleaner for 2 days which was a joke as it was months of dust and grime but also basically admitting they hadn't cleaned our room before we checked in)! Rat traps everywhere too which was concerning.

I realise hotels do have these but usually they are out of site not just outside the shared bathroom area for all to see! Reception more or less laughed it off when I complained and told me they can't refund me and I just go back to booking.com I showed him the video of the flea and honestly he seemed to find it funny. Deffo wasn't running off to get rid of said flea ridden filthy dirty bath mat. Just avoid this hotel at all costs! I'm saving you from a night of itching and not being able to shower coz it's so gross

The hotel is totally substandard dirty. The room wasn't clean. It is not what is advertised under no circumstances would we recommend anyone considering this Poor quality Hotel The furniture is damaged and dirty

Staff on arrival were welcoming. Checked into a family room. It was basic and we were hoping for it to be clean. Only two plugs in a room that sleeps 3. Needs modernising. I looked behind the chest of drawers for another plug and found an old pizza crust. Also the bin was on the balcony with the liner tied but the rubbish still in it. Bathroom was dirty. Good location but not clean at all. Quite noisy too when other guests coming up the stairs etc. no lift.

We won't be staying here again. Only reason I put 2 stars is the great location. On checkout we asked could we leave our bags as we had a late flight. Was advised this is 10. Which we agreed to pay but then when we had 3 bags they said it's 10 per bag! They are left in the lobby are next to a table. When I went to put my bag out of view, as it's a backpack with no locks (they said they are left at the owners risk) I lifted the table cloth up to put under the table to find random flip flops, crisp crumbs and rubbish underneath. Would suggest changing your cleaner or ensure they do a thorough job of the rooms and overall hotel.

5 day stay. rooms neither cleaned or litter taken out (even upon request nothing happened). Old (which would not be a problem) and unmainained, worren down rooms, interior & appliances broken. It seems management changed lately. Request for short luggage declined. Cannot recommend
