My cousin and I spent a few days relaxing at the Thornton Hall Hotel and Spa. We had a pleasant comfortable ground floor room with a wet room, looking out over the hotel's gardens. Sadly, the weather didn't encourage us to spend time on our. What can I say other than AMAZING! We chose Thornton Hall due to the fact we had already had several recommendations, but also upon going to visit the Hotel to discuss options for the wedding we found the staff to be really helpful and really passionate about ensuring we had the perfect day.

The NEW menu is based around a grill, and also include some fabulous dishes perfect for the season. During the recovery from the pandemic, our industry continues to be massively affected by the restrictions that still exist and from staffing shortages due to Brexit and the pandemic. Our team is dedicated to meeting and exceeding your expectations, however, as a result of the 'pingdemic' and self-isolation, our team is stretched so please bear with us if service is a little slower than normal, we are doing our very best.
