Hotel was very cheap, had to show my ID and sign a form before being able to check in, blanket was covered in hair, there was a ladder that reached the window, the cups had been used and there was marks all over the walls which we didn't know if it was sauce or blood, it's worth the price but possibly better off spending abit more on finding a hotel

We ended up in this hotel due to it being the cheapest hotel near paddington, it was clean but the shower was cold and the water pressure was terrible, we were on the fourth floor and there was no lift so we had to walk up a very steep staircase to get to our room. Our family room was very cramped and the beds were quite old and flimsy. The breakfast was terrible, the cereal and croissants were stale and old, no cooked breakfast available. This hotel is in a great location it just needs some issues fixing.

Like the house of horrors. After walking up what seemed like 57 flights of stairs, with each level it got more sinister. Upon entering the room in the attic, I was greeted with 2 dirty coffee cups, a storage heater sitting directly on the carpet, a dirty shower, towel, make up wipe, a hole in the wall, a light smell of cigarettes in the air and a quiet rave happening in the room below. 10/10 would rather sleep outside.

Room was on 4th floor.no lift.no help with luggage. don't book if you don't have strong legs, Service was cheap, towels were smelling weird Tea cups were not clean as they should be. bathroom was very small so the room was. Only nice staff was Chinese girl in the morning
