We spent 3 nights in room 3. Spotlessly clean and wonderful hosts. Superb nights sleep, the bed was super comfy. Great breakfasts and nothing too much trouble. The location was spot on for us and would highly recommend. On site parking a bonus and very good value for money.

Location location location. It has the best. On the doorstep of a beautiful park. Delicious breakfast. Friendly staff. However rooms look a bit dated. Need comfy chairs in the room not dining chairs. Bedding was very cosy and comfy.

Excellent hotel in an excellent location. Great on site parking and amazing value for money. The breakfast was wonderful with great produce. Rooms a little tired but spotless and comfy. Highly recommended and we will definitely return as there is so much to do in the town and surrounding area.

Stayed for three nights. not very welcoming host. no fresh towels, cups or top up of tea of coffee facilities. Room was not cleaned throughout our stay.

Myself and a friend stayed here for the night and wasn't the greatest experience. A very awkward and weird welcome from the host accompanied by beds that had mattresses that were harder than sleeping on solid rock, one pillow as well? Room had a TV so not complaining about that. In fairness it has everything you need, location is nice but for 85 is a bit steep.
