What are the check-in and check-out times?

Standard check-in is at 3:00 PM, with check-out by 11:00 AM. Early arrivals and late departures may be accommodated subject to availability.

Can I bring my pet to the hotel?

Yes, we welcome well-behaved dogs at £15 per dog per night. Pet-friendly rooms are located near external access points for convenience.

Do you offer wedding packages?

We provide three-tier wedding packages accommodating 20-200 guests, including venue hire, catering, accommodation, and coordination services. Custom options available.

Is the golf course currently open?

The full 18-hole course will reopen on 1st May 2026. A temporary 9-hole layout with alternate tees remains available for play until then.

Lovely clean ground floor and spacious family room with modern bathroom and nice toiletries. Easy check in and out with friendly helpful staff. Good buffet breakfast.though glad went early as queue was long later and some people in our group waited far too long. But overall would recommend the hotel, especially if like us, were attending a wedding at Bordesley Park which is minutes away in the car.

Played your golf course today 25,05,2022, as I am looking to join a club. I was very impressed and pleased with the standard of the course. almost all the greens were in great condition, fairways were lush. staff were very polite and helpful. a must return.

12 of us booked a two day golf trip. The staff food and hotel was great the only problem we had was that the breakfast was not hot. The golf course was great, ,r eally enjoyed it. We will be back.many thanks

A few issues with a room service breakfast delay and my bill on checkout was incorrect which took a few minutes to resolve and delayed me further. I also noted that there were still children in the pool after 6pm when it was supposed to be adult only time so I didn't bother to swim. I've stayed before. Will probably stay again. Hopefully with a better all round experience.

Hotel is in need of updating. Our first room damp smelly. we moved rooms. Black mould throughout shower area and generally dirty. Very noisy at night. NO SLEEP. corridor creaky. Doors banging. Drunks. Then mowers wake you up. MY ADVICE STAY ELSEWHERE.
