The new English Riviera Bike Festival is being organised by local Paignton businesses and will also be supported by reputable dealers, traders' selling clothing and accessories and Food & Drink stalls to ensure a great weekend. With hundreds of bikes parked on the promenade this is quite a spectacle enjoyed by all ages.

A traditional wicker picnic basket, blanket, wine and soft drink glasses, disposable plates, cutlery and of course a selection of delicious food and drink goodies! With so many fabulous locations to visit, to watch the sunset, to just sit and chill, or celebrate something special, we have lots of recommendations for the PERFECT SPOT.

We are husband and wife team Martin and Jo, who own, run and live at Cherwood Guest House in Paignton, Devon on the south coast, often referred to as the 'English Riviera' due to it's temperate climate. Having enjoyed successful careers in the travel and tourism and hospitality industries, with years of experience working on cruise ships, we decided we would like to offer a smaller, more personal service of our own. We believe we understand what our guests are looking for, be it family-friendly, a romantic break or simply a weekend away.
