A lovely welcoming place to come as a couple of family. We were recieved warmly by the owner, our rooms were great, food was amazing using local fresh produce. Our first evening was spent by the fire, with a beer in hand. I highly recommend staying here to anyone looking to explore the area.

It would be difficult to better the past two days we have spent at Cormiston. Richard is not only the most charming host, but he produces food of restaurant quality. Cormiston Farm is a truly delightful place to stay. The setting is idyllic, it is peaceful and the views spectacular. The actual accommodation feels homely, the bedrooms are spacious and obvious thought has been given to providing comfort for guests. Having now found it, in a location we might previously have driven past going elsewhere, it will be somewhere to make for on future breaks and we will definitely be recommending it to friends.

Richard made us most welcome during our brief visit, inviting us to stroll around the farm. He prepared an wonderful evening dinner with an excellent choice of wines, and a full Scottish breakfast. The accommodation was also comfortable and we would thoroughly recommend this venue.

A beautiful Georgian farm house set in rolling countryside, with a fantastic host and incredible food. We highly recommend Richards brilliant cooking, walks around the Clyde Falls and New Lanark, and generally absorbing the peace and tranquility of this incredible place.

Large and very friendly B&B with the ability to still feel cosy. The owners also hold weddings and events and they are fully self sustainable with biomass boilers and a wind turbine being built. Really lookong forward to the barns being completed after refurbishment for the weddings. They also have alpacas, geese, sheep and horses
