Me, my partner and baba stayed for 3 nights and it was amazing. The beds were really comfy, breakfast was amazing and the owners are really nice. Perfect for nice quiet evenings definitely will be coming back It is really close to the arcades, food places and beach as well which is a huge plus

Me and my son stayed here for 2 nights the owners where amazing and so welcoming. The food was homemade and such a refreshing break from seaside takeaways. Location is 5 min walk from sea front rooms where very clean and comfortable 100% recommend

Second stay at this hotel. The owners were welcoming and let us check in early as we had stayed at butlins earlier in the week and wasn't quite ready to go home yet. So being two females we obviously packed everything but the kitchen sink which made our bags heavy, but the owners arranged and helped for these to be brought up to the top floor which we were more than grateful for! Bedroom was lovely and clean with milk pots replenished during our stay (2 nights).
There is a bar and food avaliable during your stay. Hotel is only a nice 5 minute walk from the seafront which is enough as you don't get any noise from the arcades or fairground. Train and bus station is a 10 minute walk near a tesco and lidl which is handy if not wanting to use your car. Would totally recommend and hope to come back in the near future.

I stayed there with my 2 children the owners are absolutely amazing and friendly, the rooms are cosy and homely and have everything you need, the breakfast was amazing the best I have had in a long time and my kids loved it there, we will definitely be going again.

The owners are a credit to the Skegness Hotel trade. Room, neat, tidy & comfortable, the bed more so! Owners honest, polite and willing to make your stay the best possible. Would 100% stay here again

Very good n comfortable friendly n honest, nice little bar plus breakfast & evening restaurant? mobility scooter was alright? hallway for my scooter next to plug? boards to put down for doorway? no room down stairs one flight of stairs using two walking sticks? manage alright, good cheap Beer?. back in October. added photos already from smartphone just one photo from my bedroom window, sunrise.

Due attend a darts event, i stayed in room 10 at hotel for 2 night and what can i say, i was made so welcome by paul and sonya and there 2 boys, my room was outstanding clean and fresh i thought i was a king. the bar was great as this has a Dart board so i could practice before going to event, i was even join by they son older lad, who was also going to this event he allow me to practice with him, paul and sonya take pride meals and morning breakfast 5 starts for that. due have medical issues and not being away on my own all at the hotel help me with my stay cant thank enough for supporting me. i will be checking again this year /future events to. in all loved my stay and value for money. thanks all

Really warm welcome. room on top floor amazing double comfy bed! Really clean and smelt lovely and fresh. nice shower/toilet room. deffo recommend and will be returning for more than one night next time! Lovely

Clean rooms, comfy beds, lovely food. Paul and Sonya made us feel so welcome, felt so relaxed! Great with the kids too. Great location. Couldn't ask for more. Will definitely book again. Thank you x
