Really nice place to stay. Dave the owner makes you feel very welcome. Room was clean and comfortable. A 2 minute walk to the Ferry across the Mersey. The breakfast Dave cooked was huge, I Had trouble finishing it. If you are thinking of staying in Liverpool, this is just across the river from the Liver Building. All the benefits of central Liverpool without the cost.

Had a short one night stay at the Liver View. Dave the owner makes you at home. The room was clean and comfortable. Dave breakfast was amazing, didn't eat for the rest of the day. Ve ry handy for the Mersey Ferry. 2 minutes walk from the front door. You get all the benefit of a Central Liverpool Hotel without the cost, and there's free parking. I booked this B and B because I was getting the Belfast ferry early next morning. It took minutes to reach the Ferry. I highly recommend the Liver View.
