We offer four king-size rooms (two with bay views) and two twin rooms convertible to super-king beds. All rooms feature en-suite showers and modern amenities.
Do you offer family rooms?
We regret we cannot accommodate children or pets. Our rooms are designed for adult guests seeking a peaceful retreat.
What breakfast options are available?
Our locally sourced breakfast menu includes traditional Cumbrian, vegan, and lighter options. We accommodate dietary requirements with gluten-free and dairy-free alternatives.
Is parking available?
Free on-site parking is available for one car per room. Electric vehicle charging points are located nearby in Grange-over-Sands town centre.
What are check-in/check-out times?
Check-in is available between 3:00pm and 9:00pm. Check-out is by 10:30am. Late arrivals cannot be accommodated due to staffing arrangements.

We're centrally located near Cartmel (7-minute drive), Windermere (28-minute drive), and Coniston (37-minute drive). The Lake District's major attractions are easily accessible from our property.

Everything 5 star about this B&B. First class customer service from people who genuinely care about their guests and go above and beyond for them everyday. So many nice touches such as the loose leaf tea at breakfast! Our room was very bright and lively with the gorgeous colour scheme. Could not fault this place. The breakfast was perfect. 10/10. Would not hesitate to return. Just wish we could have stayed longer

I highly recommend staying at Corner Beech House. Karen and Peter were so friendly and accommodating - letting us check in early and out late. They gave great recommendations for local walks and the breakfast was delicious. The whole place was sparkling clean, and in a great location.

Just arrived home after having a lovely weekend staying at Corner Beech. Karen & Peter make you feel so welcome, the breakfast is absolutely delicious, the rooms are comfy and the location is great. Hope to return again very soon!

Have had an absolutely lovely stay, and hostess and host very friendly. Breakfast was absolutely gorgeous and a very good choice. Rooms are lovely, clean and well kept, lovely view over the bay. Will most definitely return in the near future.would like to thank all staff for an enjoyable stay XXX

Spent a lovely couple of days here with my partner travelling around on our motorbike. Gorgeous house, and lovely clean rooms with everything you may need. The breakfasts were out of this world. I would go back just for that alone but the stay on the whole was lovely. Very easy to book directly too! Don't let the con artists of booking.com take 20% of their hard earned cash. Will definitely be returning as soon as we are able.

We had a wonderful weekend at Corner Beech House. It's the cleanest B&B we've ever stayed at and the breakfast is a cut above the usual B&B fayre. Karen is just lovely and so accommodating. Hope we get a chance to return!

Our stay was only short but we enjoyed the one night visit so much we wished we had booked for the rest of the week! Our room was beautifully decorated, had a super comfy bed and had all facilities we could need. Breakfast was a feast, great value for money and a large variety on offer. We loved the little touches too, the bottle opener on the room key was a life saver!

An amazing stay for 3 nights in a fantastic location. We were made to feel very welcome by our hosts and the room was clean and spacious and well worth the money. The breakfast was outstanding and the perfect start to our days and any information we required about the area for that days activities was made available by our hosts who were very knowledgeable.
