My first time was staying with Debbie at The Rosscourt. The location is more than five stars. Debbie is friendly, and the hospitality was excellent. The breakfast is lovely, and a lot of choices. Definite it is highly recommended, and I will go again and again. 2 minutes walk to get to the bus station and 10 minutes walk To the beach. Zinab and Ali from Birmingham

Rosscourt is a very comfortable, very welcoming Bed and Breakfast establishment. It is also quiet, and very close to some great restaurants.

Perfectly situated away from hustle and bustle but still close enough if anything is needed. Debbie the owner is as perfect as a host can be. My partner and I were forced here after a sudden unexpected family emergency. Debbie's compassion and accommodating persona was nothing but impeccable. We will be eternally grateful. I will return in the near future with other family members under better circumstances.
The rooms are comfortable with good facilities. Loved the shower nice and powerful. Clean and nicely decorated. I would definitely recommend a stay here if you ever decide to visit the area. You wont be disappointed. Thank you Debbie. You are a wonderful person

Very professionally run, friendly B&B, good value and ideally located for Boscombe. We will use it again as we regularly travel to Boscombe to visit friends.
