Did you know Acorn House offers one of the largest private car parks allowing all our guests unrestricted on site parking with CCTV and security lighting. We are pleased to have our new lower studio apartment available. Offering king size bed, king size futon, table and chairs, kitchenette (no cooking facilities) and large en suite - all with its own private entrance.

We have just maintained our Visit England Breakfast Award for 2022. Our exciting new menu offers the very best of locally sourced ingredients served in our spacious dining room.

With locally sourced produce (where possible) we cater for all needs & tastes - vegetarian to celiac just let us know and we will endeavor to provide you with a great breakfast to set you up for the day. To provide you with the freshest possible breakfast and to cut down on food waste all we ask is for you to pre-order your main breakfast selection the night before.

Keswick is located in the Northern Lake District, 16 miles West of Penrith and 30 miles South of Carlisle. The town is situated at the foot of the Skiddaw mountain range and at the Northern end of Derwentwater, the widest lake in the Lake District. The town attracts a wide range of visitors who enjoy the beauty of the area.
