We have fantastic variety in the eight rooms that we have available. Starting from a large single room, double and twin rooms including one with a Queen Anne style four poster bed and a great selection of family rooms one of which can sleep up to 5 people in interconnecting rooms. All of our rooms are en suite and most with large walk in showers, all are equipped with free Wi-Fi flat screen tv's and complimentary tea & coffee. All home cooked using lots of locally sourced produce including jams & condiments.

When entering Scarborough from either side you will see signs for the South Bay and Spa Conference Centre, follow these signs which will bring you onto Valley Road which is the main road that comes off the southern end of the South Bay.
