Spacious Standard Double Rooms feature standard double beds (46x63 / 135x190cm) and full en-suite bathrooms with showers. Located on upper floors, these rooms provide comfort and practicality for both leisure and business travellers. Note: Stairs required due to lack of lift.

A credit to the owners, a very friendly, clean, comfortable environment. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, perfect location as right by the seafront. The room was lovely with a very comfortable huge bed. Breakfast was amazing with a wonderful choice of foods. Highly recommended and a huge thank you to all at Brighton House.

Wow! Great location. From the front steps you can see the old Brighton pier and British Airways 360. Less than 15 minute walk to rail station. ALL of the staff were friendly and helpful. Especially the evening reception. Failed to ask his name. I had a single room, small but spotless. Nice bathroom and shower.

We thoroughly enjoyed two nights in this wonderful hotel. Friendly staff, superb breakfast, clean and homely interior. We slept very well in a comfortable warm bed. We will be back!

A fantastic place to stay basically. Warm welcome. Friendly staff. Exceptionally clean room, which was bright, comfortable and had superb view over the square towards the sea. Great breakfast also.

This is a charming guesthouse BnB with very welcoming staff, lovely quiet rooms and a very good continental breakfast. This is an ideal place close to centre of Brighton for a romantic getaway.
