Fabulous staff, amazing hotel and a lovely room. The bed was so comfortable and I could not find fault with anything. The breakfast for 10 was superb. Free parking for the 3 days we were there. This hotel should be more than a 3 star hotel. Thank you all.

This hotel is brilliant on approach we were greeted by the most courteous approach the receptionist to the waitress the young female and male on the bar very professional when dealing with families kids thought they were brilliant. There was an altercation next to my son's room but the night porter on his own dealt with it being a Owner of a Security Company my only advice would be to have SECURITY guard for back-up for there night porter and lovely staff who are exceptionally brilliant especially Lilly

Fantastic food, clean comfy rooms, bar was left unmanned several times leavi g 5 or 6 minutes before getting served, no disabled parking which was a slight inconvenience.

Olite and leasant staff. Comfortable room and bed and nice breakfast with lenty of choice. Have already rebooked for April 2022.
