Beautiful place. Friendly front desk and helpful concierge. Turndown room. Indoor pool, hot tub, fitness center. Live music in the lobby and bar. Perfect location.

I visited Charleston place but did not stay in the hotel. The shops at Charleston place are always upscale and a feast for the eyes. At Christmas time Charleston place is very festive including tasteful Christmas decorations their version of snow in the courtyard. Very fun. Families with kids especially enjoyed it.

Great location, beautiful hotel. The room is comfortable. Here's the downside: * No coffee/tea maker in the room. There is a coffee shop across the street * When the AC turn on, irritating humming noice. Thank goodness I have ear buds. * One of the mattress on one side is sagging. The other bed is not that bad. For the price, I expect better amenities.

Wow! Went for drinks and appetizers just before Christmas and hotel lobby took me back years to the department store decor with numerous trees, giant model train display and live holiday music. The bar reminded me of the Oak Room at the Plaza. Just perfect!

This would have been 5 star, but last morning our key cards did not work and it took 20 min at check-out as they did not know how to handle BA vouchers. But otherwise outstanding. Gym had great sauna and steam room. Service over the top. Just great
