Nice, clean hotel located in a quiet area 5 minutes from the bus station, tube and Hyde Park. The bathroom is clean, the breakfast is tasty, and the front desk staff is nice, ready to help you especially Georgiana. It's a hotel I'd go back to. As for the minuses, the rooms are a bit small, but this is a general thing in London and the fact that breakfast is not varied, are the same products every day.

We stayed three nights and this hotel was perfect for our needs! Everyday cleaning, small room but ideal for two persons and amazing position, central but in a calm area with lots of options to move around the city

I had the best time there. Small but cosy and nice rooms. Stayed there 3 nights and it was perfect.really recommend if you travel alone or in pair. It is not that far from the downtown if you're taking public transport. It is close to Hyde Park what is very positive. Furthermore, the locality is nice.

Lovely, friendly staff. Professional and 24/7. I arrived back late to extend by stay. This was not a problem! Very clean! Thank you Vita and Vilija! Plentiful Continental Breakfast which kept me going all day! Even when busy, Breakfast area kept clean and buffet fully stocked. Atef and Amber on reception ready with a smile, respectful and offering 5 Star service. RECOMMENDED!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! WORST EXPERIENCE! My partner had booked this hotel for a very special birthday trip to London, and thanks to the Caring Hotel it was a disaster. We turned up at the hotel after receiving confirmation from booking.com and from the hotel themselves. On arrival, we were told that Booking.com had messed up and that the hotel did not have a reservation for us. We showed proof of reservation, but they were adamant to blame it on booking.com.

We were then left with no hotel for the evening and we had to try and find alternative accommodation at late notice. Not only did this happen to us, but to two other separate couples that walked into the hotel while we were there trying to sort out an alternative hotel for the night. We then had to pay a much higher price in the alternative hotel as a last resort due to the Caring Hotel mishandling bookings.

It turns out that we had received confirmation directly through a private message from the hotel prior to the trip confirming the stay, so not only did they leave us with nowhere to stay, they also lied to us and tried to blame it on another company. Could not rate this hotel and the customer service low enough!

Beautiful hotel, really enjoyed our stay. Cozy, modern, comfortable rooms. Super friendly staff and a lovely breakfast delivered to the room door in the morning. On reflection, pillows could have been slightly more fuller but overall, highly recommended!

They are still doing some remodeling, but I stayed in a room that had already been updated. They are comfortable, clean rooms and our room had its own bathroom. The beds are comfortable and they brought breakfast right to your door. It usually had some store bought danishes, fruit, and yogurt. Easy walking distance to many attractions, in a safe neighborhood. And just a few blocks to the metro. I'd stay here again.
