St Athans Hotel is a family-run, eco-friendly budget bed & breakfast hotel located in the heart of London's Bloomsbury district. Established in 1964 by Italian immigrants Elena and Giovanni Geyer, our hotel has been operated by three generations of the Geyer family. We specialise in providing clean, simple accommodation while maintaining environmental responsibility through our Green Tourism certification and Permaculture Design principles. Simple and basic but far far better than the other simple and basic places in London. This hotel actually has working sockets and switches and is clean. Reception are great too.

Lovely hotel in an old building. Lots of character. Stairs only but they are comfortable to use. Staff are very accommodating nothing is too much trouble for them. Our room was a comfortable family room with a double bed and a set of bunk beds. Very clean, tidy and well maintained. Great location for exploring central London. Only a 15 to 20 minute walk from St Pancras, Kings Cross and Euston. I think this hotel deserves a 3* rating at the very least. Will definitely book again next time we visit London

Staff, particularly at reception, were friendly and helpful. Fantastic location. Russell Sq Station is about a 5 min walk round the corner. Euston and Kings Cross are at walkable distance as well. Plenty of amenities nearby (Superdrug, Tesco, Waitrose etc). Room was an single ensuite, which was basic but clean, quiet, and provided a more than sufficient place to rest. Will absolutely consider a second visit :)

Such a nice experience! The hosts are very nice and accommodating. Thr hotel is in a prime location, very central and near everything. If you don't mind having a shared bathroom, this is the best

I enjoyed my stay at st. Athans Hotel. It is quite, clean, comfortable and worm. Thay could have gone the extra mile and supply some tea making equipment, but other than that, no complaints.
