Nice budget option in a great London location. Single room was small but modern with a private bathroom. Hotel itself is spotlessly clean and they have an elevator for those on the upper floors. Breakfast was pretty good with toast and fruit and boiled eggs etc. On the weekends the breakfast room does get a bit packed it moves along pretty good so come back in 10 mins and get a seat. I've stayed in a couple of budget places in the vicinity and this is the best of the lot.

Very close to Paddington Station, perfect for weekend stop over. Staff friendly. Rooms clean, beds comfy enough, bathroom on the small side but can't complain. Would definitely go back.

Actually better than you'd expect at the price point. Of course this isn't a luxury hotel and the breakfast is also really sparse, but they're trying to provide a good value for the modest price you're paying and to me that has been achieved just fine. Beds are clean and comfortable, the receptionist was friendly and the place has a rustic charm.

Clean room and facilities. Room is extremely hot, as you have zero control of the AC. You have to call reception to turn on the AC in your room, and they even restrict when you can turn it on. Ridiculous that they penny-pinch the AC in this way.

Very small room. Hardly any space to open bathroom door. Very good location. 2 blocks to Paddington station. Very clean. Basic Breakfast

Spotlessly clean, helpfull staff location excellent. Breakfast was good although I my prefer Full English myself. All in all a well kept & run hotel at a decent priceWell done!

Don't expect too much, but it's a cheap stay next to the metro. Breakfast is pretty non-existent. Bland coffee and juice. Toast with butter and a hard boiled egg. There's plenty of restaurants putside where you can have breakfast for 7 pounds, so instead of taking it here go there.
