An amazing hotel that has excellent staff who are always polite and helpful. The food and meal service was faultless The room was clean and fresh. The evening entertainment was enjoyable. Thank you for a lovely few days stay with my Dad and sister.

What a fabulous hotel! Where to begin- The staff - absolutely wonderful! They were cheery, helpful, efficient - top marks all round, a staff to be very proud of indeed! The food - wow, again, top marks! There was no scrimping on quality or presentation. The food was delicious. The Chef and staff have put a lot of thought and effort into getting the balance right. Fabulous! The room - spotless! Fresh and welcoming, the bed was comfortable! The entertainment- well, from fun bingo and a quiz to, would you believe two act per night fantastic! Thank you so much for a great weekend

Nice hotel, all staff were lovely especially dining room staff. Was not impressed with the bedroom, bed and pillows were lumpy and bathroom towel rail was behind the toilet which i found hard to reach. Breakfast a n d Dinner food was lovely and served hot.

Everything from start of our holiday to the end was spot on. Food, staff entertainment Jason Oliver was brilliant, jokes, singing, personality. He was great. All we can say is don't change a thing.

You will not find amore friendly place anywhere from the moment you walk through the doors Into reception. A smiling face greets you from all the staff nothing is too much trouble. The food and entertainment are brilliant. There are no strangers in this hotel just friends you have not yet met
