I needed a last minute reservation around Reading and I found this hotel with affordable price, car park availability and staff was willing to wait and check me in after midnight, , Quality is good for the money you pay, ,

The host was nice and accommodating, super affordable but the walls were a little worn out and the bathroom door didn't fully close, but I'd say great value for money and one night stay!

Disgusting pit of a place. Upon arriving to book in, we were 'greeted' by this surly, miserable old goat, that remained in the same mood until we left. Filthy sink and toilet. No power shower - and the water was barely lukewarm. Towels stank of damp and cigarette smoke. Doors banging very loudly at all times of the day. WIFI stopped working and the staff couldn't care less about repairing it. Not worth 55 per night in the slightest! Since leaving, we have spoken to other people who don't rate the hovel at all. Avoid at all costs folks!

Exactely what it says on the tin. A budget hotel with no frills. Service at reception was warm and friendly. Hotel a bit run down but clean. Room compact but functional. Had a kettle and selection of tea and coffee. Shower OK but lacking in power, toilet kept running for a long time after I'd flushed it. Room very clean, bring your own pillow - only one supplied and was very thin. Free parking. Overall good value for money and I would stay again if in the area
