Attended a wedding at this venue. Loved the outdoor secret garden for the wedding ceremony. Views from the garden really take in the location of this venue by the riverside and sea in the background. We didn't stay at the venue so cant comment on rooms.

Just as advertised. Pleasant, clean and spacious room with a cracking view out over the river. Staff were welcoming and helpful - even quickly helping us solve an unexpected parking problem. The breakfast was lovely, with a nice continental selection and a full Cornish that looked fantastic and which I regret don't having! Would happily visit again.

The staff make this hotel, every single one that we came into contact with where friendly, helpful, cheerful and respectful. Thank you all. Restaurant and bar had a good choice of meals and wines, breakfast was very nice good selection also. We had a nice view of the canal and beach and the shower in the room was awesome. Overall a lovely stay for 3 days.

I booked an afternoon Cornish cream tea for a 70th birthday celebration. The Falcon team were outstanding with, organisation, advise, ideas and on the day were friendly, efficient, discreet and totally wonderful. Delighted with the whole experience. Thank you all so much for helping to make Davids day so special.
