Spa Pamper with a back massage and facial. Then use of pool, hot tub and steam room. Really great experience. Thank you Sarah for the super nice treatments you are a star! We took our own towels but you can hire them. Lovely gardens outside the hotel.

We absolutely loved Flackley Ash Hotel. We came from the US for a wedding in town and they took such good care of us! The staff were so lovely, answered all our questions, handled booking taxis for us, and the meals there were delicious. Would highly recommend staying here if you're in town!

Lovely location, beautiful gardens. Food served was fresh and tastey. Bar prices were higher then similar function rooms. Our room was very run down and not of a quality level I was expecting for the price paid. Multiple lights not working in room and an unusable shower.

Overnight stay for 2 nights. I didn't use the spa so can't really rate that. I did have breakfast one of the mornings. The food was good however it did seem to take some time to even get a coffee (which wasn't great, I left it). The location of the hotel is really nice and garden around the hotel is lovely. Weirdly the hot water in the rooms is crazy hot. Why there isn't a mixing tap is beyond me, as no way could I use it. Sadly the shower is really poor, it's slightly worse than my watering can
