This is a family based property & being managed so well by a lovely family. Simon & Roz ensure you stay is as comfortable as can be. The rooms were nice & cosy & smelled fresh, clean blankets, clean towels, clean washroom. we can view the beach from the room, it was 5 mins away from the Pleasure Beach & the main road. The included breakfast was an icing on the cake served with so much love & care. They even helped us with keeping our luggage in the locker for a couple of hours after our checkout. Would definitely recommend & visit again.

Simon and ros are the perfect hosts couldn't do enough for us room cleaned and re-stocked each day with clean towels and milk coffee teabags breakfast 10/10 and met some nice people in the bar on a night we would recommend this hotel it also in a ideal location for the prom

Lovely hotel and the owners couldn't be more nice and attentive if they tried! Gone here for years and return every year, wouldn't go anywhere else. If you want a family hotel then go here

Top bed and breakfast guest house. Always clean, Simon and Ros the owners very friendly and accommodating. Excellent breakfasts, nothing too much for the owners. We will return again and again.

This hotel was excellent. It ticked all the boxes comfortable beds, good breakfast, welcoming staff, private car park. You really get a great experience. It being a 3 star you expect there to be a few issues but it definitely did not have any. Excellent experience. No issues.

Excellent service have been coming here for 6year's and made to feel very welcome. Simon and Roz are perfect host's. Would highly recommend this hotel. Near to all amenities.booked again for next year.

Fantastic hosts lovely atmosphere and very clean comfortable rooms. Everything you need and a great location even the guests were so friendly. Very very helpful when my daugher hurt her foot even provided crutches and offered breakfast on the go because we had to leave early in the morning for our transport home.
