The Woodford room is the superior house room. This contemporary room has the WOW factor. Being a former chapel, this is an exceptionally large room and furnished with some beautiful antique furniture. The mahogany hand carved bed is a Super King Size bed in the Rocco Style. The room has a raised area which boasts a gas log burner, easy chairs in which to relax and experience the 3D flat screen TV, there is also a DVD player available for your pleasure.The en-suite facilities include a Roll Top Bath where you can relax soaking in the bubbles or refresh yourself in the large walk in shower.

Second Floor Room with unique features, leading off from the bedroom area, up a small flight of stairs, is a small seating area in the turret. The views from the Turret are unsurpassed with views of lake Derwentwater, Borrowdale Valley and the surrounding mountains. You can sit and read a book or just watch the world go by.
