Had a lovely stay! The staff is nice and the hotel is in a good location. Beds were comfortable and the pillows were just awesome. Our room had UK plugs, but also one EU plug. Breakfast (buffet) was good with plenty of options. You do get new towels if you've used them, but the blankets are only washed every 3-4 days to help save the planet Your bed is made up though every day. You can use the locked luggage room before check-in and after check-out if you would like. Overall a great experience and we will go back here!

We stayed here for 5 nights and it met the expectations. It was clean, the room size was OK and the breakfast was good. The location is also very good, since there are many public transport options around. In the room there was UK, European and USB plugs! Change of towels was after the 3rd day.

I stayed here for a few weeks and at the beginning I really liked it even with older home style lodge hotel vibe. But I asked to move rooms to get a room without a light outside the window and twice I got rooms which didn't have a working flush toilet. Very uncomfortable feeling.

Not enough warm water. No English breakfast. Only fresh towels every 3-4 days. Spotty wifi. Great location. Very nice staff. But the rooms need a refresh.

Although the rooms might not be quite up to standard for modern times the staff is quite friendly and the included breakfast albeit not being special is lovely as well. Of course the location with paddington and lancaster gate tube stations both within a 5-min-walk is priceless, however the charge for a room is not quite what you'd call value for money. Nevertheless everything was clean and flawless.

Located in Kensington on a small quiet residential street. Excellent location close to the Lancaster Gate Underground, Hyde Park, Kensington Garden & Palace, V&A Museum even the Natural History Museum was within walking distance (20 minute walk). Our room was 2 single beds with bathtub if you wanted a soak after a long day of sightseeing in London. Breakfast was available in hotel. In room safe available. Small wall mounted TV with plenty of selection. Telephone;(we didn't use). I'm planning on staying there again in the future.

Had a great weekend stay here, on arrival we were greeted by very friendly staff who gave us our room keys, ,1st floor room with street view, accessed by a lift, room was clean and tidy, breakfast was a continental style with a good choice, couldn't fault this hotel, will definitely recommend,
