The Barn sleeps two in a studio layout, Alway provides ground-floor accessibility for couples, and Sycamore features five ensuite bedrooms plus sofa beds. All properties include fully equipped kitchens, private patios with BBQ facilities, and off-road parking. Each apartment maintains original character features while providing modern comforts like free WiFi and digital TVs.
Guest Rooms
Four individually decorated en-suite guest rooms combine historic charm with contemporary amenities. Rooms feature king-size beds, flat-screen TVs with premium channels, Nespresso machines, and free WiFi. Family options include rooms sleeping up to four people. Non-smoking policy ensures comfort for all guests. Early check-in and late checkout available with prior arrangement. Room names reflect the owners' personal history across England.

I was staying in an Airbnb a stone throw away and the host suggested Lifton Hall Hotel. I made my way over and it was nice to see the place busy but not crazy. I sat in the bar for dinner. The ladies on shift were friendly and attentive. The mushroom stroganoff was tasty and the portion was so decent I couldn't finish. Recommended as a dinner stop.

Lovely hosts, great location for access to many places. Homely, warm and very comfortable, great breakfasts and food in the evening. We will definately return and are also looking forwards to joining friends and family in the self catering unit at some point in the future.

Friendly polite and extremely helpful staff who put in alot of effort to make this hotel exceptionally welcoming and efficiently run. Breakfast was especially delicious as so were our evening meals. Highly recommend to stay here
