Beautiful hotel with exquisite service, on par with some of the finest hotels in the country. We had a lovely, upgraded room at no extra cost looking onto All Souls College. For the friendly staff here, nothing is too much trouble, the food is wonderful and the evening turn-down service was second to none with two staff renewing towels, checking stock, emptying bins and generally making sure that you want for nothing. Wouldn't hesitate to book again. Faultless stay. Thank you, Old Bank.

Nice atmosphere, friendly and efficient staff, live piano - so nice! We were a fairly rowdy table of 9 but no one seemed to mind. I was disappointed in the size of my Bass at 21 but a word with the waiter and it was quickly sorted. Book a table after 6.30 pm then you can park on the single yellow line right outside!

Unfortunately my one night stay was spoilt - the alarm clock that the hotel had in the room went off on full volume at 6am. Most disappointingly the breakfast me and my partner ordered was part covered in mould on the fruit - my partner noticed it quite quickly but unfortunately I ate it.

Really nice hotel with ultra friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Unfortunately did not have dinner but Quod restaurant looked good. Be advised that driving a car in Oxford is not a pleasant experience! Hotel has secure car park to rear.

Very nice and clean hotel to stay. Ms Andrea of breakfast team and Ms Vanessa of dinner team are absolutely amazing. But don't expect smiling faces as hotel policy. It is rare.

Came here on New Years Eve with my daughter. From the moment we walked in we were welcomed and seated. The customer service was truly Amazing. The food was Superb! Complements to the Chef! Thankyou guys for a wonderful evening.
