Comfortable very clean bed. Lovely room. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Only disappointment was the breakfast we were asked to wait as our table wasn't yet available but there was plenty of empty tables. The waitress then asked the people sitting at the table who were finishing their coffee to move which I thought was rather rude. The breakfast wasn't hot and the bacon had dried up. The waitress then started clearing the table before we had finished

Nicest Hotel me and my partner have Stayed in for a long time. Great fews from our hotel window. Had to pay 15 per night for the view. That's my only complaint. Staff where so helpful and friendly. Keep up the excellent service you gave us. Thank you.

Very nice hotel. I stayed here for my 60th birthday. The staff were lovely. The breakfast was very nice. The whole place was very clean and welcoming. Would stay here again.

Lovely location by the river. Rooms nice and comfortable beds. we had a problem with the bathroom plumbing and receptionist Karen has us moved to another room within 5 minutes. She was both helpful and.both and extremely understanding. Brilliant stay and thoroughly recommend it here.

Great hotel in ideal spot for York town. 30 second walk over Bridge and your in york city centre. Room is clean and tidy and breakfast really nice. My only down point is the walls are a bit thin and you can hear people talking next door especially during the evening when it's alot more quiter. Other than that a great hotel in a great location.

Very friendly hotel, ideally situated just 5 min walk into town centre. Bedroom spacious with ensuite. Breakfast very good, good choice of food and piping hot. Will return.
