Our 15 modern conference rooms accommodate 2-255 delegates with state-of-the-art facilities. Each space features free superfast Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and soundproofing. These guys went above and beyond to help a stranded woman that had broken down in her car outside. If there assistance in that is as good as there rooms etc they must be second to none!

Room was nice enough, but we asked for water and it never arrived. Coffee had plastic in it too after my final mouthful. There was no machine working on our floor either as well as spoons. For the price of rooms, not a great experience

Extremely long checking in time meant we weren't able to eat in the hotel restaurant as it was fully booked and it was too late for bar service so we ordered to our room, and hour and 1/2 later we called the desk to ask how long it would be, they said our food had been waiting for us an hour previous but they hadn't brought it to us! Our meals were totally ruined and our children had fallen asleep, fed up waiting!
We were all so tired the next day we left later than we had planned for Peppa pig world only to end up in a huge traffic jam. We left the door hanger for our rooms to be cleaned and left for the day, we weren't aware that room cleaning is not in operation at the moment so we were disappointed to return to unmade rooms. I spoke to front desk and they mentioned that this is a policy you put in place.
I don't feel it makes sense as the room will need to be cleaned before and after our 2 day stay, I don't understand why it cannot be cleaned whilst we are out of the room unless you are deep cleaning after the room has been vacated for 48 hours. I understand there are restrictions due to covid but this was just another inconvenience.

I love the gym here and attend 2 or times a week for gym and swim. hotel seems fine but perhaps a bit dated?
