Went here for Sunday Carvery which was the best I have had in a long time. Great service as they had setup 2 carvery stations. Plenty of choice and generous portions. We'll be back. Recommended to book ahead before Sunday.

I was there for a carvery for two on the 10 04 2022 table 21 we could not eat the meat so I informed the waitress. I also heard at reception someone else had complained. When I reported at reception the fact that I was not happy with the meal it was not taken into consideration. I rang twice to complain about the meal but no one bothered to phone back. I regard this as poor customer service both at reception and returning calls
